The Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive (Mid–Senior level) to drive new business across Switzerland and the EU. This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with an established network within the Risk & Compliance ecosystem, particularly across banking, financial services, and industrial sectors.
You will own the full sales lifecycle, from strategic prospecting through to deal closure, while contributing directly to Polixis’ expansion in key European markets.
Territory Scope:
The role operates within a flexible geographic structure, with a primary commercial focus on German-speaking markets (German speaking Switzerland, Germany, Austria). At the same time, the territory is not strictly limited—there is scope to pursue and develop opportunities across the broader EU and, where relevant, global clients. This structure is designed to maximize individual network leverage while aligning with Polixis’ international growth strategy.

Engage senior stakeholders (Compliance Officers, Risk Leaders, MLROs)
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value propositions
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and upsell
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and customer success teams
3–7+ years of B2B sales experience in RegTech, FinTech, AML/KYC, or SaaS or adjacent industries
Proven network within the Risk & Compliance community, ideally within DACH markets
Strong understanding of financial crime prevention, sanctions, or regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated ability to close complex, consultative sales deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable operating in a scale-up environment
Degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
Valid work permit in Switzerland is a must have
