The role
We are seeking an accomplished Head of Partnerships, skilled in cultivating strategic alliances and driving sustainable growth within the RegTech and FinTech space. In this role, you will lead Polixis’ partnership strategies across international markets, build strong alliances with influential industry players, and enhance our footprint through impactful collaborations with Core Banking Systems, PMS, CRMs, and other RegTech/FinTech leaders. As part of the Sales Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in Polixis’ growth, steering a comprehensive partnership agenda that supports our broader business objectives. This role can be based at our Geneva headquarters or remotely within Europe, with regular travel to Geneva.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a partnership strategy that maximizes value across our established network, leveraging synergies to drive sales for mutual clients and partners.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and formalize partnerships with local and global industry leaders, advancing Polixis’ reach among clients needing AML, KYC, and compliance solutions.
- Technology Alignment: Quickly understand partner technology stacks and strategically align them with Polixis’ offerings, serving as the technical bridge between Polixis’ CTO, DevOps, Product teams, and external partners.
- Revenue Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to convert high-value partnerships into revenue opportunities, integrating partnership outcomes into the sales strategy.
- Event Leadership: Represent Polixis at high-impact international events, leading selection, planning, and budget management to maximize our brand presence and partnership potential.
- Brand and Market Positioning: Collaborate with marketing teams to create joint campaigns, co-branded webinars, and thought leadership initiatives that solidify Polixis as a global RegTech leader.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in business, computer science, social sciences, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Industry experience: 7+ years of proven success in partnerships, strategic business development, or sales leadership within Banking, RegTech, FinTech, or adjacent fields, with a successful track record of delivering results.
Technical skills: - API Integration: Solid experience with API technologies (REST, SOAP) and integration workflows, with the ability to articulate technical requirements and benefits to diverse stakeholders.
- Data Management: Knowledge of data exchange protocols (FTP/SFTP), security standards, ETL workflows, and data governance.
- Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions screening, with a deep understanding of how RegTech solutions address regulatory demands in financial services.
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify and leverage partnership opportunities aligned with Polixis’ growth strategy.
- Successful record of charting strategic directions, building and maintaining partnerships with proactive and insightful leadership.

Europe (Remote)
The role
We are on the lookout for a junior to mid-career motivated professionals with a “hunter” mindset. We are not looking for a client account executive. Your key role and responsibility is to take vital part in negotiation and closing of deals. You will be part of our Sales Team operating out of Switzerland. No very strict geographical limitations within Europe as long as there is a previous professional exposure across EU market, and no travel visa will be required to travel to Switzerland when required. Occasionally there might be requirement travelling to global financial centers like Singapore and Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in the sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals of existing pipelines provided by the Company.
- Constantly conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and nurture the Pipeline for new prospects.
- Regular client calls, product demos.
- Spearhead digital media campaigns and organize client-focused webinars and live events.
- Suggest, plan and manage participation in international industry events for you and/or your teammates.
Required Qualifications
- A result oriented, hunter minded personality
- Excellent communication skills in English. French or German would be an asset.
- Excellent presentation skills, including the ability to speak to large crowds.
- Prior 2-3 years work experience in RegTech, AML or Fintech is a must.
- Strong research capabilities and the ability to assimilate new information swiftly.
- Proficient in digital and social media; experience in digital media campaigns is a plus.
