The Weekly Reports are risk and compliance newsletters, focused on diverse geographic regions. The candidate is required to deliver balanced event-driven analysis and updates covering PEP, Politics, Business and AML-associated developments in the Asian region.
Responsibilities
- Perform weekly monitoring of African press, select and cover topics for Polixis’ weekly newsletter - the ASIA Report;
- Conduct detailed research for the Data Files, that accompany the ASIA Report, using reliable and official sources;
- Conduct additional research on sanction-related topics, as well as any other research tasks that may arise.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in political science, journalism, economics, law or related field required from a recognized university;
- Extensive and proven experience in field of research;
- Demonstrated passion for working with data, backed with strong analytical skills,
- Discipline and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and preferred knowledge of design softwares (e.g. Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, etc.);
