Junior Java Engineer
Polixis SA is seeking a Junior Java Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
Junior Java Engineer will be responsible for contributing to the data delivery and all the phases of the software development life cycle in collaboration with the team.
Produce and maintain clean, high-quality code
Work with modern AI-powered development tools and workflows
Work on the data delivery pipeline, including scraping and parsing the required data
Work as part of a dynamic team throughout the software development life cycle
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Strong knowledge in coding in J2EE using any of the following products: Spring, Springboot, Hibernate
Good understanding of OOP programming principles and design patterns
Working experience with relational databases, NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, demonstrating a logical and structured approach
Knowledge of TDD principles is a plus
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
